From Engineering Structures to Designing Business Systems
My journey began in civil engineering and construction, then expanded through service engineering and strategic management. A decade of international AEC experience showed me how strong ideas can lose momentum when leadership, operations, and delivery become disconnected.
That insight shaped my work in business development and systems thinking — and now informs the ventures I build. Longdinovat applies the approach to organizational systems; Anijak brings an engineering and development perspective to projects.
